Since the foundation of Blockchain Digital Capital in 2017, our main priority has always been to protect the interests of our users and create conditions for the long-term development of digital capital.

Over the years, more than 20,000 users from around the world have joined our ecosystem. Together, we have gone through a long journey of digital asset market development, experienced different stages of growth and transformation within the industry, built a strong international community, and accumulated valuable experience.

Today, the digital asset market continues to develop rapidly. New regulatory frameworks are being introduced in many countries, and requirements for asset storage security and user protection are becoming increasingly important.

In response to these changes, the company has made several decisions aimed at further strengthening the security and sustainability of our ecosystem.

Starting from July 1, 2026, the company will temporarily suspend the ability to make new purchases of the WBT Index.

This decision applies exclusively to new purchases and does not affect the rights of holders who have already purchased WBT and BCT tokens.

It is important to highlight several key points:

• All previously purchased WBT tokens remain the property of their owners.

• All previously purchased BCT tokens remain the property of their owners.

• The company continues to provide services to existing users and support the WBT Index infrastructure.

• WBT and BCT holders continue to have access to their assets according to the current rules of the platform.

• Users can transfer their tokens to personal Ethereum wallets, where private keys remain exclusively under their own control.

• Until September 1, 2026, we recommend that all users transfer their WBT and BCT tokens to personal Ethereum wallets for independent asset custody.

 

We would like to emphasize that existing WBT and BCT holders do not need to take any urgent action at this time. Their assets remain their property, and the company continues to support and serve its existing clients.

We strongly believe that the future of the industry belongs to solutions where users have full control over their own digital assets. This is why we consider it important to gradually move toward a self-custody model and increase the level of financial literacy among users.

At the same time, we continue developing the ARKA educational platform, whose mission is to teach people how to work with digital assets, improve financial literacy, and build long-term digital capital based on a strategy of regular accumulation.
