Collaboration with Vlad Martynov

The consulting project, within the framework of which Vladislav Martynov helped our team to develop a number of recommendations to increase the value and attractiveness of our products and services and to optimize internal management processes, has been successfully completed. 
A lot of work was done during three months, for which we are very grateful to Vladislav.  During the consultations together with Vladislav we analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of our business, developed and successfully launched new products, updated the partner program and identified priority objectives for 2023, including increasing the availability and profitability of BDC products, as well as improving the reliability and security of BDC services.
